We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Salary + plus commission + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the perfect used vehicle that meets their needs and budget.

Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential buyers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Close sales deals effectively.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve overall dealership performance.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for cars and a willingness to learn about the latest automotive technologies.

Ability to make 50-75 phones calls a day

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
