Call Center Representative

We are an established plumbing service company looking to hire a call center representative to help answer incoming service requests, schedule appointments, help with dispatching, and other customer service related duties.

We are looking for someone with:

-At least 2 years experience in a call center setting

-At least 2 years experience in customer service

-Access to reliable transportation

-Teamworking skills

-Positive outlook
