The Bread Baker is responsible for helping to oversee the production of the Peppermill’s bread & bread product. This includes, but is not limited to: breads, rolls, focaccia, seasonal items. Would prefer experience in mixing and baking artisan type breads. The position is fast paced and consistently busy.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Open flexibility

Ability to stand throughout a shift or for extended periods of time.

Must be able to read/understand English recipe cards and communicate with co-workers.

Experience with pre-ferments and a spiral mixer.
