Seeking Certified Mercedes Benz Mechanic Pays Cash

Hi, I am homeless and I currently live in my vehicle due to unfortunate circumstances. However, I have saved some money and I need help from somebody who is an experienced foreign car mechanic, specifically, I need someone experienced working on a 2007 Mercedes Benz ML350. I have had someone remove some fuses and relays from my vehicle and it is causing some serious issues with the fuel injection and shifting. I also have a couple of electrical issues that need to be addressed. I am not asking for work to be done for free, I will pay you, but will just have to do a little bit at a time for what I can afford. I respect your time, expertise and experience. I'm praying to find a true Christian to help me work on this so I can avoid being stranded because I sense this is where things are heading with this vehicle if I don't take action now.

I would also like you to show me how to change my own oil, check the wear on my brakes and see if I need to change my transmission fluid.

I have some security issues that I would also like to address, like changing the driver side door lock and reprogramming my lock/unlock remote to a new number if possible.
