I'm a very able and willing teacher. 40+ years in the trades.

RAISES every 80 work hours ; contingent upon on-time arrivals, keeping accurate timecards, and finishing each day out as scheduled. - May grow into a full-time position.

REQUIREMENTS:

Punctual and a good work attitude/ethic.

Willing to accept a background check.

Strong and able bodied, capable of physical work at a good pace.

Willingness to keep in communication as needed for scheduling purposes.

Must live within 20 minutes of Willoughby Hills City Hall.

Must have own reliable transportation - No Exceptions

NO Smoking, Vaping, or Chewing Tobacco permitted on worksites.

Flexible Hours - Monday thru Friday, sometimes Saturday. - Mornings, Afternoons, or both.
