Construction Site Superintendent

Job requirements:

- 10 years' experience with a minimum of 3 years as construction supervisor

- Proficient knowledge of Wisconsin UDC code

- Ability to work with Municipal inspectors

- In depth experience with all facets of Wisconsin residential construction

- Construction knowledge and communication skills in directing and coordinating contactors and employees on site

- Skills to maintain completion schedules

- OSHA compliance knowledge

This is a new construction 1 and 2 family development. Primary focus is on production and time-line completion. Position requires a minimum of 10 years experience in production focused NEW construction. Project timeline is two years.

Compensation is salary paid bi-weekly ($50,000-$75,000). Benefits are PTO, paid holidays, health insurance
