CNC Programmer/Mill & Lathe HAAS Operator

3-5 Years of experience operating a mill and lathe performing lathe and milling machining operations to exacting specifications, working from blueprints, engineering diagrams, part lists and schedules.Perform lathe and milling machining operations using blueprints and related diagrams. Use grinders, metal saws and general machine shop equipment.

Perform quality checks and quality control on your own work, and that of others using appropriate instruments (micrometers, etc.).

Update drawings (mark prints, etc.) when identifying corrections from issued blueprints.

Develop basic system skills in MRP and for checking parts in engineering software programs (Anvil/SolidWorks).

Adhere to and implement the ISO QMS.

Perform QA functions and other duties as assigned.

Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; f.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level

Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

Documents actions by completing production and quality forms

Perform related duties as assigned.
