TREE CARE SALES ARBORIST

Tree Care Service seeking two high-energy business development associates. We are an established tree company with over 30 years of experience and we're looking to grow in the Los Angeles County Area. The majority of our clients consist of property management companies, school districts, State and Govt, etc. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and driven, and who can lead our B2B development efforts. The individual regular tasks would be to write up daily estimates for various clients mentioned previously, attend H.O.A. meetings, cold-call new clients, and network with customers. All sales and bids won would be monitored through our software program so we could see any progress or decline. Compensation Salary + Commission to be discussed.

Skills we're seeking:

Experience in outside sales, generating new business leads, and networking

ISA Certified Arborist preferred or willing to obtain

Analytical skills and math skills

Strong communication skills (listening, oral, and written)

Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships

Able to multi-task and prioritize
