Dispatcher/ Customer Service

Position available for an Experienced Dispatcher with Coastal Demo Inc.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience is preferred.

Experience in the Construction industry a plus.

Coastal Demo is a concrete cutting and demolition company that specializes in concrete sawing, scanning, breaking, removal, and an expansive array of demolition. We are located on the Central Coast of California and have been serving customers locally and throughout various locations in California since 1987.

Essential to this Position:

· Exceptional organizational skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Must be able to Multi-task.

· Strong problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent human relations skills, both with employees and customers

· Ability to strategically plan, manage, and coordinate field employees and equipment.

· Current knowledge of computer-based dispatching.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

Requirements:

· Pass a required pre-employment drug screening.

· Pass a pre-employment background check.'

Job Type: Full-time

Hiring Pay Scale: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Hours: 40 per week - Monday - Friday
