Executive Assistant
High-profile national trade association seeks an Executive Assistant to support its busy CEO in Washington, DC!
You will:
-Manage complex calendars & travel, schedule a high volume of meetings, and submit expense reports
-Conduct research and prepare memos & briefings for CEO’s meetings, events, and media appearances
-Create & implement organizational systems, creating efficiencies & good workflow for CEO
-Support & attend occasional events
You are:
-Someone with a BA and/or 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive
-Okay with hybrid Mon-Wed in-office & as-needed to provide effective support
-Experienced with high-volume scheduling & strong technology skills
-A proactive problem-solver, anticipating and adjusting issues before they happen!
