Lead Carpenter

here we grow again! Brothers Remodeling & Design, Inc. is in need of two Lead Carpenters that can run multiple projects. We have experienced 30%-50% volume growth for the last 7 years. We are the leading remodeling company in the area.

The applicants must have at least15 years in the remodeling and construction industry, must possess Mass CSL, have own tools, must be able to lead a team, and trades professionals. Must be able to complete projects in time allowed at the highest level of quality. Must posses the knowledge of large scale remodels. Must have proven experience with framing and structural aspects of remodeling. Must have the skill to install cabinets and finish trim. Must be able to read prints, and be able to make adjustments midstream on a project. Must have a good personality and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Most projects are withing 30 - 40 minutes form home office. Occasionally we will work outside of our area.

$90K to start, and after a proven six Months, that will increase to $100K
