We need a Patient Care Concierge that can help support our patients at the front office. This person must be a team player and keep morale high. We need someone who can be patient-centric, can adapt to different situations, and has a fantastic work ethic.

Our ideal Patient Care Concierge would:

Have a customer service background

Be able to hit office goals

Have a high attention to detail

Be kind, caring, and charismatic

Be an expert multi-tasker

Love dentistry and have a passion for it

Be familiar with insurance (dental insurance knowledge is very heavily favored)

Be able to handle consistent change

Have an easy going attitude
