Busy executive in the technology industry looking for personal assistant to help with varied assortment of responsibilities which will include:

Scheduling, billings, payments, working with outside vendors, bookings, light office management, email responses and some varied personal management responsibilities. The company is an established 24 year old company with a small office in the U.S. and a larger office in Europe. The right person will have great communication skills, attention to detail, ideally with a college degree (non-technical) and experience with working in an office. They should have experience with Microsoft office products. They should also be comfortable with working an many different diverse topics every day. This is a role that has the opportunity to grow into a much bigger role in the future. At least 2 days in the office required. The rest can be remote.
