We are seeking a Supervisor to join our juice bar at a local Naples Fitness Center. With 13 years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on providing delicious smoothies and exceptional service to our customers.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the shop but also work morning shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and/or occasional Saturdays. Your responsibility will be to ensure the shop stays open, providing our customers with the refreshing drinks they love. In addition to the $19 hourly pay, you will also have the opportunity to earn tips. We will do evaluation 30 days after. We believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work and dedication. Therefore, we will conduct a performance evaluation 30 days after you start working, with the potential for a raise based on your contributions and performance.
