Customer Service (City of Commerce) - Full Time

Apparel wholesale company specializes in outerwear, active wear and sportswear. We have been in the business for over 20 years and made partnerships with many leading manufacturers, garments contractors and imports.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

● Answering phones & emails: Responding to emails and providing excellent customer service to customers.

● Processing purchase order – Order entry and maintain customer accounts

● Assisting Office Work – Basic shipping works

● Adding and editing products on E-Commerce

● Assisting customers with inquiries regarding their orders

Requirements:

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

● Self-motivated and high attention to detail

● Punctual and reliable

● Fast learner that can follow directions

● The ability to work independently
