This position will be responsible for establishing, supporting, and improving key processes such as Aftermarket Dealer Target Setting, Demand Intake, and Digital Asset Inventory. This role will partner with Digital Product Management, industry sales teams, distribution and service teams, as well as business resources to ensure key metrics target and work streams are established, aligned and well communicated across the organization. This position will also support new processes that will span the Cat Digital portfolio.What You Will Do:

Create, execute, and support key business processes that support service growth goals

Lead projects that span the Cat Digital product portfolio and engage with Cat Digital Product teams, segment and industry partners, as well as business resources on key projects

Support Aftermarket Dealer Target setting process by planning key dates and milestones and partnering across the enterprise to ensure targets are established and communicated

Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.

Identify business requirements for products or services and work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood.

Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.

What You Will Have :

Familiar with project management methodologies mitigating issues, working with cross functional teams and tracking project milestones

Strong ability to leverage resources and data to evaluate and identify opportunities to improve best practices; which includes the utilization of tools or platforms available to ensure the accuracy of decision making across teams.

Extensive background providing reports and presentations for all levels of the business while showing empathy for the targeted audience and having influence on business decisions.

Leads discussions and answers complex questions regarding business data analysis

Advocates better communication of data requirements in business data analysis processes to increase the efficiency of data analysis.

Establishes working processes for business data analysis and supervises team progress.

Defines frameworks around key metrics and KPI’s

Plays an active or leadership role in business assessment processes and assists in the preparation of deliverables.

Establishes business assessment procedures for multiple or critical applications.

Consideration For Top Candidates:

Familiar working with data analysis tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc

Experience communicating with both internal teams and external groups that may include dealers, business partners, vendors and other third parties.
