Experienced Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced building maintenance technician with exceptional people skills to join our team. Applicants who have prior experience (3 years minimal) in building maintenance, residential maintenance and or worked for a general contractor are great applicant candidates but not restricted to in those fields. Fields of general experience preferred but not limited to are electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and general repair. Having a strong to general understanding in these fields are necessary. Experience will also be factored in the hourly rate.

Work environment types consist of large and small business offices to single family and multifamily homes.

Canidate must be computer literate, self-motivated with good references, good communication skills and can work well with others. Must be able to pass a background screening which includes a motor vehicle report.

Work weeks are typically Monday through Friday 730am-400pm. Canidate must be flexible when needed for on call or after hour emergencies. We are pretty flexible with this need.
