Customer Service Representative

RooterPLUS Plumbing and Septic was founded in 1994 with the goal of providing world-class customer service to all of Metro Atlanta. We are looking for applicants who bring years of customer service experience and are available to work evening and weekend shifts.
Duties include:
Taking calls from customers and scheduling Septic & Plumbing Services
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in ServiceTitan software
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Obtaining purchase order numbers
Taking customer payments
General office duties
Handling tough customers
Ability to work day, evening and weekend shifts

Have knowledge of the Metro Atlanta area

Be on time everyday
Previous customer service experience is preferred
ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
