Entry Level Accounts Receivable Analyst (Full-Time) On-Site

Accounts Receivable Analyst:

Accounts Receivable Analyst role is a member of a small team in the Finance department handling the invoicing, collections, and disputes of all billable brokerage generated by multiple trading desks.

Responsibilities include:

Collection and reconciliation of client debt

o Responsible for tracking and recovering brokerage fees over a large portfolio of clients using voice and email correspondence.

Allocation and posting of cash received

o Analyze incoming payments, apply accordingly, prepare cash deposits, and report daily on a cash control sheet. Obtain remittances as needed directly from clients via email.

Generate & send monthly invoices

o Maintain a view of assigned accounts throughout the month to ensure the auto-generated invoices are accurate, and any manual ones are completed promptly.

Monitor client accounts for slow payment and/or non-payment –

o Communicate with clients, identifying reasons for debt, ways to improve, and possible escalations Resolve resultant questions and queries.

Resolve resultant questions/queries from clients

o Work with internal desks and the AR team to resolve client requests, and build a thorough understanding of all products and brokerage calculations.
