The Crown: Busser/Barbacks Needed

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team! The Crown is a vibrant and dynamic establishment known for its exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 year of high volume experience

Must have weekend availability

Must be willing and able to:

Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs promptly

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and the entire venue.

Possesses general knowledge of all food and beverage menus, and company policies & procedures.

Assist service team with beverage and food service.

Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests

Communicates the needs of the guests to front of house staff, managers and chefs.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of all back-of-house storage areas and refrigeration units according to company standards.

Responsible for keeping all liquor displays and shelving organized and maintaining par levels

Properly sets-up the bar stations, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management, including:

o Makes sure the bar is clean and free of debris

o Sets bar with proper equipment, and settings as required

o Wipes down bar-top, bar stools, lounge tables and chairs

o Support bartenders by stocking and replenishing bar supplies

o Performs opening side-work as prescribed

o Performs closing side-work as prescribed.

Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.

Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings.
