Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced kitchen manager for our Eagle Point location. Weekend availability required. You will cook on the line in this position as well.

We are looking for someone with experience in running a high volume breakfast kitchen. We need someone who’s clean, reliable, organized, familiar with ordering product, keeping up on prep, delegating and someone with good communication skills.

The pay for this position is based on experience. In this position, you will work four tens and hopefully be willing to cover a shift here or there if needed, however, we try hard to honor and respect your days off.

You will also be eligible for an end of the year bonus if food cost is on point. You will be eligible for a paid weeks vacation after a successful 90 days (we will chat about any stipulation for time off during interview.)

We need someone fluent in cooking eggs in pans and food quality. Someone with leadership skills and a good attitude.
