Full Time Maintenance & Groundskeeper Position Available

All around property maintenance person capable of working together with the resort manager and front desk personnel.

Job duties include:

Groundskeeping, all around landscaping duties , pool maintenance, janitorial work, assisting in guest services, minor property maintenance services.

Person must be:

Energetic, hardworking and capable of managing themselves without constant supervision.

Must be drug free, non-smoking and a clean back ground record.

Must speak fluent English and able to read and write in English.

Must have reliable transportation.

Be able to do minor lifting of up to 50lbs when needed.

Applicant must be able to work on the weekends and holidays.

NO work housing facility available.

Days & Hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation based on experience.
