We are a well established boat dealership in West Knoxville with a growing service department, we are looking to add a position in our service office as soon as possible. A few job requirements are that you must be able to lift at least 30 pounds, be able to get in and out of boats while on trailers, have organizational skills, be familiar working with computers and quickly learning our systems. Basic boat knowledge is a plus however not required. Some tasks for this position are as follows : answering phones, collecting payments, getting detailed information from customers, filing warranty claims multiple manufacturers, crossing training in parts and setting up service calls. Other tasks will be given along the way and training will be given in all areas. We have a close family environment that makes for a fun place to work.
