Get paid to provide a local resident’s first-hand observations and colorful stories about Shreveport, Louisiana. You don’t need to be a professional writer. You don’t have to be a computer wizard. You don’t even have to leave your home. If you live in the area and have a knack for noticing things, and if you can convey those observations in a telephone conversation, that’s all you need to get paid for completing this one-time survey and qualify as a paid source in future surveys.

Note: all references to “Shreveport” below apply only to the three-parish portion of northwestern Louisiana known as the Shreveport-Bossier City metropolitan area. Surveys about the ArLaTex region as a whole will follow, but this survey applies only to Shreveport.

Do you have first-hand local knowledge of the Shreveport, Louisiana region?

Have you lived in or near Shreveport long enough to observe changes over time?

Do you currently have a mailing address in any of the following Louisiana parishes: Bossier, Caddo, DeSoto?

Requirements:

-Ability to answer questions and provide local perspective on living conditions in the Shreveport-Bossier City metropolitan area

-Ability to provide perspective, preferably colorful, in the manner that only a local would know

Payment:

If selected for a phone consultation, payment is $50 per interview, and there is the possibility of an additional $25 for follow-up questions. Interviews, not including any email or phone conversations during the selection process, will last between 30 minutes and one hour. Payment for the consultation will be at the time of the interview (immediately upon completion).
