Carpenter/Handyman for Property Maintenance Firm

Small busy GC and property management company looking for experienced and professional carpenter, handyman, skilled trade person with knowledge in the following areas:

Updating, repairing, maintaining, renovating and/or remodeling single family houses.

General and finish Carpentry, framing, installing molding, installing doors, drywall, installing laminate/vinyl plank flooring, light plumbing and electrical and other construction skills to help renovate/update/repair/maintain homes.

General exterior repairs: Roofing, siding, Trim, windows, doors, etc.
