Job Description:
As a Production Line Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, completing repetitive tasks efficiently, and ensuring product quality meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Consistently count items up to 20 repeatedly.
To maintain a clean and safe work environment, perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Exhibit a professional, friendly demeanor while working with your team.
Display physical and mental resilience during repetitive tasks.
Maintain a high level of consistency in attendance and punctuality.
Self-start and self-manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Work with a sense of urgency and focus without distractions interrupting your work.
Follow instructions and guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
Collaborate with your team and be proactively helpful.
Stand or sit for extended periods as needed.
Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
Move your hands quickly and accurately during the entire shift.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
Physical capability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for 30-60 minutes without losing focus.
Background in food and safety.
Mechanically inclined.
Benefits:
Starting pay between $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience
