Home Improvement Sales Representative
We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Monday-Friday, 5-day work week, generous commissions, Unlimited income potential, Compensation paid out weekly.
We have year-round work with over 50% repeat/referral customer base and are seeking experienced home improvement sales representatives to support the growth of our business. Handyman Connection is the largest national handyman company and seventh largest remodeling company operating in the US. Each office is locally owned and operated. Our Silver Spring office is well established in the community serving (Montgomery, Howard, and Prince George's counties) with excellent customer service and quality work for the last 17 years.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company home improvement / remodeling services to new and existing customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Maintain existing customers offering seasonal promotions
Qualifications:
We are looking for a proven professional sales person capable of forging customer relationships and closing deals. You must be organized, detail oriented, effectively communicate with others and possess a positive attitude in everything you set out to do. The ideal candidate would have technical expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance, improvements, and remodeling.
Previous experience in home improvement sales, or other related fields
Solid estimating skills
Familiarity with XactRemodel or comparable estimating software
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong closer
