Dishwasher/busser/bar back support

Responsibilities:

Work with bar backs, bartenders, and supervisors

Must enjoy greeting customers and answering questions

Alert servers when tables are in need of attention if you are unable to do it yourself

Clean tables and remove glassware & dishes after the party leaves

Mark tables as Clean or Needs Cleaning

Carry loads of soiled glassware to the dishwasher to be cleaned

Use dishwasher properly

Fill a 3 compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing

Ensure availability of clean glassware

Must be able to stay focused

Washing glassware carefully and with respect

Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours, prioritize which glassware the bartenders need the most

Busboy Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED.

TABC certification and Food Handlers Certification

Previous restaurant/taproom/bar experience preferred, but not necessary.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Eye for details. Clean any wet floors or remove objects that may cause an accident

Ability to lift 55 lbs or more.

Must be able to stand through out shift unless on break

Availability to work 10 hour days weekends and weekday work

Check restrooms for paper products and cleanliness

Clean door handles as a COVID 19 precaution

Help water plants and fille bird bath and bird feeders

Keep grounds free of trash

Help arrange tables for large parties

Water for 4 legged guests

Assist in any manner necessary to provide a pleasant and memorable visit for patrons
