Gravestone Showroom Sales & Service

Work in local gravestone showroom assisting families select a monument for their loved one. Involves communicating with grieving families, funeral directors and cemetery personnel, other employees and shop personnel. The position requires good customer service, the willingness to learn the monument industry, and ability to apply proper sales techniques.

Position includes: Greeting walkin customers, inbound and outbound phone contacts, selling company products, light typing, office and file maintenance, administrative duties, processing cemetery permits, keeping the office tidy and welcoming, and the usual office & showroom duties.
