WHY: Vehicles often show up at dealerships with superficial damage that is very expensive and time-consuming to fix in an auto body shop. Paintless dent repair is a valuable skill that significantly reduces the time and cost of the repair, resulting in happy managers and satisfied customers. Not to mention that accidents happen all the time— from door dings to hail damage to big dents, Carmedics' unique training will prepare you for it all. Dent repair is a valuable trade in high demand. Work will always be available.

PAY: As a partner-owned company your needs will be covered by your partners as you work to perfect this skill. In the first year, only $40,000-50,000 is typical. Once you are fully trained provided you are working a full route and self-managing successfully $80,000-120,000+ is common. It is not unusual for Carmedic Partners to be making even more than this since pay is on a job-to-job basis, the more you work the more you make.

HOW TO APPLY:

Start-Up Cost: $16,000. This covers the cost of training, rent while at training, tools, uniforms, and everything required to begin your career. The only other purchase required is a vehicle, but that isn’t needed until all training is complete.
