Maintenance Position, Manufactured Housing Community

Duties are varied but aren't limited to landscaping, street maintenance, pool care, equipment care and maintenance, roof and gutter cleaning, painting, interior clubhouse cleaning and other duties as directed by Community Manager. Excellent, in-depth training will be provided to the right individual with a real opportunity for growth.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, able to lift 50 pounds, work in all weather conditions and have strong communication skills. This position requires someone who is punctual, reliable and able to work well even when unsupervised.

This is a 35 hour per week position offering full benefits and paid time off.
