Qualifications
Capable of working in dusty conditions and on uneven ground.
Comfortable working in confined or elevated areas, such as scaffolding and crawlspaces.
Willingness to follow instructions and perform assigned tasks.
Possess basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.
Basic understanding of job site organization and construction methods.
Positive attitude, self-awareness, and consideration for colleagues.
Some knowledge of safety and health procedures (ongoing safety training provided).
Reliable transportation (optional).
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
Clean the site, load/unload materials weighing over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.
Assist with sitework, such as digging trenches.
Work in an organized manner and take responsibility for your work.
Communicate ideas and information clearly; be curious and resourceful.
Prioritize safety for yourself and your team.
Help maintain job site security, ensuring the safety of all personnel, tools, and materials.
Occasionally drive a company vehicle, depending on the site location (must provide a clean motor vehicle report before approval).
Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
