Tree/Firewise Salesperson

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

- Perform tree care analysis and quote based on diagnosis

- Conduct tree risk assessments and provide recommendations for tree health and safety

- Utilize specialized equipment and tools to complete tree care operations

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit reports as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Arborist or similar role (license preferred, but not required)

- Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and diseases

- Proficient in conducting tree risk assessments and implementing appropriate mitigation measures

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities

- Experience in technical sales or account management is a plus

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

-Travel will be within the quad-city area such as Mayer, Dewey, Prescott Valley, Prescott, Chino Valley, and Paulden. May include Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood, and Cordes Lakes (if necessary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Description:

Start Pay: $1,000.00 per week

Range: $52,000-$65,000 per year
