Customer Service Reps

Selig Construction a family owned home improvement company is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives .The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. This is a great position for someone looking to supplement their income or looking to return to work.

Duties include but not limited to:

Manage incoming phone calls

Generate sales leads

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Flexible hours are available from 8-4.

Experienced preferred but will train the right person.

$20 an hour to start with opportunities for monthly bonuses
