Newspaper Delivery Mgt Asst

1)Assist route captain with the setup of newspaper distribution. (including the printing of route list for carriers and distribution of daily mail to each carrier)

2) Delivery of down routes and the training of new carriers (College Park, Greenbelt & Lanham)

3) Respond to customer complaints and create plan for the resolution of future delivery issues

4) Work with route captain to create an incentive plan for high preforming carriers

5) Work with distributor on recruiting and retention of current and future carriers

6) This is early morning work that starts shortly after midnight must be available to work early morning hours and 7 days a week
