Subcontractor work for GC

We are Regions Facility Services. We are a nationwide GC looking to fill labor needs for crews in the Portland Area area. We are looking for a multi-skilled Subcontractor with previous experience in commercial kitchen repairs. Regional travel required. Must be willing to cover all of New England. Overnight work.

Service agreement and valid COI with Commercial General Liability & Workers Compensation required (WC Exempt is NOT permitted)

Skills needed to be successful:

-Proven work experience in a commercial setting

-Strong communication skills

-Must have your own tools

-Well versed in tile/grout, wall repairs (including FRP & stainless steel), minor electrical, minor plumbing

-Dedication to get the job done on time and on budget
