We're seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and act as a trusted advisor to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, network technologies (LAN/WAN), and troubleshooting principles to diagnose and resolve client technical issues efficiently and accurately.
Client Advocacy & Consultation: Approach each interaction as a consulting opportunity. Actively listen to client needs, understand their IT environment, and recommend solutions that optimize their technology experience.
Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Build strong and positive relationships with clients by providing clear and concise communication, actively listening to their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction remains a top priority.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: Gather information systematically, analyze problems thoroughly, and document solutions with clarity and precision.
Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with colleagues and internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of client issues and continuous improvement of IT support processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, troubleshooting methodologies, various software applications, and network technologies (LAN/WAN).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in ticketing systems and documentation practices.
Ability to think critically and recommend solutions that improve client IT efficiency.
