Journeyman Plumber

Parker Services is looking to add an experienced journeyman plumber to our team for commercial TI and other projects in the metro corridor of Seattle. You will be working with an amazing team of plumbers on unique, interesting and complex commercial plumbing projects.

We are looking for a plumber with at least 3 years of experience installing commercial plumbing systems. You must be able to work independently, communicate with site superintendents and project managers professionally. You must be a problem solver who is professional and confident with your plumbing skills.

Other skills and/or experience required:

Lead and manage apprentices on jobs

Follow blueprints & engineered plans

Conduct site safety meetings

Estimate time & materials for changes orders

Create detailed lists for ordering supplies for job phases

Accurately estimate scheduling needs to finish phases of work for each project

Have experience with code requirements via attending a trade school (CITC or equivalent).

Pay depends on your experience and skills. We pay top wages + benefits based on experience. Plumbers must pass a background check, have a clean driving record, must have reliable transportation to and from work when needed, and use technology efficiently.

Please note: physical requirements include but are not limited to:

Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks and work in various positions (standing, crouching, kneeling) for extended periods.

Ability to climb stairs and ladders.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50-75 pounds) regularly.

Ability to do overhead work on ladders and/or lifts

Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching overhead.

Plumbers must be able to regularly lift up to 60lbs, do work on ladders and lifts,
