We are a new Insurance agency, operating nationally with amazing technology. Full stack incorporated systems with CRM, and automated engagement. We do not make cold calls or dial out.

We are in need of BOTH Licensed Life Insurance Agents and Agent Sales Assistants. Our ideal candidates will have familiarity with navigating computer programs from web-based systems, fast typing, good communication skills, experience in life insurance and admninistration.

We are building our team and moving out of beta into more advanced scenarios and live activity. This is a highly technical company and the name of the game is automation.

Licensed Agents - you will have the opportunity to build your own team as this grows and with 6 months of productivity. The software is complex but very easy to navigate. Multiple states are desired, but the company will provide this expense if needed. You will not purchase leads, you will respond and sell. Our system makes initial contact, autoquotes via sms, email, most are done online and with minimal interaction. This is brand and the brand is important. It is truly an amazing ground floor opportunity.

Assistants - yes you can grow too and get licensed. Or handle administrative and policy management openings. On this side of the business, it is important to be very organized and able to commucatte with carriers, case management, and organize agents in your team.

Agents - Commissions, Reduced (due to all costs paid) - advances, and other incentives including beginning pay.
