Heavy Equipment Operater

Triad Inc. America is currently searching for experienced heavy equipment operators. Specifically, Mini Excavator, Skid Steer and lull Operators for a Solar Construction site in Adams, NY. We are in search of applicants who currently live local to that area as per diem will not be offered at this time. Must have your own reliable transportation.

Solar construction experience is not required but is a plus. Experience with the above specified pieces of equipment is mandatory. general labor and working outside is mandatory so you must be willing and able to perform physical labor when not operating. Job is temp with possibility of permanent hire but not guaranteed. We have professionals on site to teach you how to perform certain tasks required.

Requirements:

-You must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work and each site daily.

-MUST be experienced in operating a Mini Excavator

-MUST be experienced in operating a Skid Steer

-MUST be experienced in operating a Lull

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ lbs.

-Must be willing and able to perform laborer work when not operating

-solar experience needed

-Must have construction experience or similar type field of work. (Outdoor physical labor)

-Looking for someone who is very reliable. Shows up to work on time. Willing and able to work outdoors in the elements doing physical labor.

-Must have steel toe boots- this is mandatory

-Hours are typically 7am-4/5pm, maybe later. Mon-Fri. Possibly Saturdays.

-Anything over 40 hours will be overtime pay. (hours may fluctuate)
