Hiring Vacation Rental Cleaners

Cleaning Made Easy is looking to hire motivated team players! We are locally owned cleaning company with a great reputation in Central Oregon community. We value team players, high cleaning standards, great communication and personal development and growth within the company. We are excited to grow our team of reliable and attentive cleaners.

If you have experience cleaning vacation rentals, house cleaning or have spent time in the hospitality industry we would love to hear from you.

Please note that experience is not needed, everyone goes through a training process to learn our high standards.

Job Duties:

Cleaning properties at an exceptional level

Must be able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughtout the day

Service areas we commute to: Bend and Sunriver

Ensuring supplies at our short term rentals are well stocked for guest

Anticipating the needs of the next guest and proactively ensuring a five-star rating for cleanliness at every property

Communicating with management

Customer service with homeowners and guest

You:

Dependable, honest, open to learning new things and able to smoothly adabt to change

Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a cell phone

Must have a great attitude

Must be comfortable working independently

Schedule:

We have positions available 7 days a week 9:30am-5pm

Compensation:

$20.00 an hour for training and required meetings

Commission (ranging between $40-$200)
