Shop Manager/ Retail Sales

Welding Supply Store Manager, minimum 5 Years in retail management, Must be proficient with QuickBooks and cash flow management. Understand how expense management process works for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing costs. Must know basic knowledge of welding, gas and steel materials. Will be managing employees performance and shop operations. Must be able to accordingly and quickly quote customers, follow up with customer and vendor orders. Must be willing to work any and all hours needed to complete tasks, maintain shop appeal and equipment, keep inventory organized and stocked. We are not a big operation and this can be an easy going position as long as the job is done effectively. We are a small, family owned business and need someone with positive attitude and can build customer relations. College education not required, but clean background and must fulfill requirements above.
