Grounds keeper/outdoor maintenace

Will Train - Seeking a grounds keeper to maintain a 3 acre estate. Duties include mowing, trimming, raking, edging, water feature cleaning, weed whacking, etc. for a 3 par one hole residential golf course.

All equipment is on site so the only thing you need is transportation to and from.

Knowledge of large scale waterfeatures (backwashing, skimmer maintenace) outdoor lighting, sprinkler adjustment, golf course maintenance, bobcat operation, would be helpful but not required.

This will be a non supervised position and can be done at your own pace provided you stay caught up. Ideally could be fit into your schedule around another job/s.
