Workers Comp Case Manager/Legal Assistant

Busy Applicant Workers Compensation Firm seeks a case manager /Legal Assistant. The ideal individual must be bilingual in English/ Spanish and have the ability to handle 20+ files. Applicant must have the following requirements:

Be familiar with EAMS/ WCAB procedures.

Have Strong client/ people skills

Manage complex deadlines

Organization skills

Be familiar with AME/PQME process and review of reports

Have the ability to file Petitions, Liens, DOR's and file Objections to these as well

Be familiar with Med Legal Process

Familiar with preparing files for Depositions and Hearings( MSC, PC, Trials)
