Bilingual General Office and Data Entry Processor
We are searching for someone who would like to learn and grow with a young progressive manufacturing company. This position includes clerical office duties, data entry, and contractor customer service.
Data entry is all about speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Customer service excellence is primary. Daily responsibilities include: Entering accounts payable, entering payroll, answering phones and responding to daily office operations. This is a manufacturing facility and has large amounts of inventory to be processed. Must be bilingual and able to flex to changes within the office. Must have strong experience in QuickBooks. Accounting background is a plus.

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.

Enters account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data;
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
