General Manager

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of our impact windows and roofing production. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in construction management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion, and maintaining efficient and safe work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Oversee all aspects of production for impact windows and roofing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and safety.

Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present reports on production performance, including KPIs and project status updates.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or general management role within the construction industry, preferably in windows and roofing.

Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
