Plumber Multi-Residential/Commercial

Hiring a local plumber! Commercial and multi-residential work, as well as small scale residential work. Willing to consider a licensed plumbing apprentice.

Plumbing Skills:

- Proficiency in HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems

- Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and codes

- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations

- Experience in remodeling projects involving plumbing system modifications

- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools used in plumbing work

- Ability to weld or solder pipes for repairs or installations

- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working in tight spaces
