Service Manager/Service Writer

Responsible for the overall operations of the repair shop facility. This individual will be responsible for scheduling work, shop production, ordering parts, ensuring the quality and timely completion of maintenance and repairs all while exceeding customer expectations. Candates must be knowledgable of automotive shop operations including vehicle diagnostic procedures, engine performance related issues, alignments, tires, exhaust systems, as well as basic math and computer skills. Prior experience is required.
