Part-Time Server Needed for Fishing Lodge

Job Summary:

At Fisheads San Juan River Lodge, we are seeking skilled and enthusiastic part-time servers who can also help operate our front desk when needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving and creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for waiting tables during our mealtimes, but you may also help at the front desk on occasion. We are willing to train.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve meals to our lodge customers.

Ensure that the dining area remains clean and organized.

Help monitor inventory levels for our weekly food supply orders.

Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely and exceptional service to our guests.

Help wash items like plates, bowls, and cutlery.

Put away dishes and help prepare for the next meal service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a server.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Works well with others.

A willingness to learn.

Experience working a cash register is preferred.

Work Hours:

We run two shifts each day. Our morning shift is from 6 am to 10 am, and our afternoon shift is from 2 pm to 8 pm.
