Senior Tax Accountant (Full-Time in office)

Public CPA firm seeks individual for a full time postion with at least 7-9 years in public acccounting. Individual should be a CPA or actively obtaining their license. Must be proficient in monthly QuickBooks desktop/online and analysis of clients books and records. payroll and sales tax, preparation and review of all personal and entity taxes. Self started, who enjoys working in a team invironment, has the ability to work independent and manage multiple assignments.

Tax compliance, planning and handling of tax resolution and response to notices. Extended hours (Saturdays) during tax season and statutory deadline periods.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting necessary

- Experience with Lacerte tax program (a strong plus)

- Strong knowledge of preparing personal and business tax returns

- Proficiency in QuickBooks

Partnership potential preferred with own accounts
